Jon Lukas: jazz guitar

I use a bass-and-chord guitar style to create a solid 'rhythm section' foundation, while maintaining an understated, sensitive quality. I currently work with jazz vocalists and instrumentalists for recordings and performances in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Venues I've played include The Seattle Peace Concerts, The Weathered Wall (Seattle), WOW Hall (Eugene, OR), The Make Out Room (San Francisco), and The Freight and Salvage (Berkeley). I've opened for acts including Roy Rogers and Norton Buffalo, Pele Juju, and Tuck and Patti.
